Once we receive your package, we will contact you right away to go over the contents. After that we require a 50% deposit to start work or repair process. Following completion, we shoot over photos of the completed items. Next,  remainder of the balance gets paid along with the shipping fee (unless you provide a prepaid  label) That is it! Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

Please make sure you send your package with signature verification.

We are not liable for boxes left in front of the store after store hours.
